In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to the Platform and use of the Services are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sgc77 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking the legal capacity to contract are ineligible.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for permanent suspension.

sgc77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.

• Processing Time: Deposits via all supported banks and e-wallets are credited to your Account balance in real time upon receipt of confirmed payment. In rare cases of bank system delays, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team immediately with your transfer receipt.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time provided your Account has successfully completed KYC verification and your Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) is equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you have requested a change of nominated account and this has been verified by our team.

• Pending Wagers: Withdrawals may not be processed against funds committed to open wagers. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Balance net of any pending bets.
• Withdrawal Holds: sgc77 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending additional verification. Such holds will not exceed 48 hours. You will be notified by email if a hold is applied and of any documentation required to release it.
• Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to sgc77 while a corresponding Balance remains in your Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, sgc77 reserves the right to suspend your Account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and recover the disputed amount from any available Balance.
